Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes! I offer 100% virtual therapy sessions to clients located anywhere in Colorado. Sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your own space.
Who do you work with?
I work with young adults and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, burnout, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and find meaningful change.
Are you accepting new clients?

How do I schedule a therapy appointment?
You can request an appointment by reaching out over e-mail, text, or phone call. You can also request a session directly through my online scheduling link. Once we connect, I’ll guide you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation to help you decide if my approach and style are the right fit for you.
What can I expect during the first therapy session?
The first therapy session is an intake session focused on getting to know you and your goals for therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you stress or difficulty, what you hope to work on, and I’ll share how I can support you moving forward.
How much do sessions cost?
My out-of-pocket rate is $125 per session. I also offer a late-cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, I currently accept multiple different insurance providers. After we confirm your insurance, you can check with your insurance provider about coverage for in-network virtual mental health therapy in Colorado.
What if I don’t live in Colorado?
Due to licensing regulations, I can only see clients who are physically located in Colorado at the time of their sessions.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be billed a fee.
